Time spent training alongside elite mixed martial arts practitioners has shown me how deeply integrated recovery practices support performance, longevity and mental clarity. These environments prioritise movement, controlled breathing and guided reflection to ensure athletes are fully prepared for repeated high-pressure output.
Recovery Day Sessions bring these principles into football. The focus is not intensity, but integration, allowing players to release physical tension, regulate their nervous system, and mentally reset together as a group. This approach supports better recovery between matches and a stronger collective mindset.

I’m a black belt martial artist, qualified fitness instructor, and the founder of EA5 Guided Audios, a performance and wellbeing platform used by athletes across multiple sports.
My work sits at the intersection of movement, recovery and mental clarity, with a strong emphasis on helping groups recover properly and reconnect.
What I bring to football environments is an understanding of how body and mind work together under pressure, and how shared recovery experiences can strengthen trust, reflection and togetherness within a team. Recovery Day Sessions are delivered with respect for the demands of the game, creating space for players to reset without overloading them.
