I offer a free Discovery Call for anyone interested in my sessions or services. This is a relaxed conversation where we explore what you’re looking for, what challenges or goals you have, and which service would be the best fit. I’ll explain how my sessions work, answer any questions, and help you decide the right next step. After the call, you can book whichever sessions feel appropriate, whether that’s one-to-one work, a programme, a course or group sessions.
